活动当日，中支工作人员和部分保单服务人员早早到达体检医院，热情引导前来体检的客户签到、领取体检表。在体检过程中，公司工作人员和医院医导人员相互配合，热情服务，确保每一位参加体检的VIP客户顺利完成各项检查。
此次体检活动由分公司统筹安排，中支自行采购，组织，体检项目丰富，为不同等级的VIP客户制定不同的体检套餐，待全部客户完成体检，医院出具体检报告后，中支还会统一安排专业人士进行报告解读活动，最大限度的为客户提供健康指导和服务。
